Mark Robins has worked with Waste Efficiency Ltd since 2010. The company’s two directors see Mark as a Non-Executive Director, “… put quite simply; we may not have made many of the important decisions about the direction and structure of the business without 3C’s input.”

Waste Efficiency recognise that there can be some scepticism around consultants. “We quickly saw that Mark is very experienced in dealing with the challenges facing small and medium sized business and we have benefited from templates and structure – as well as ‘Board Level’ input on critical decisions facing the business.”

With Mark's input Waste Efficiency have recruited staff, developed marketing material and have a far more targeted approach to new business.  Part their aim is develop an effective management team so that the Directors spend less time dealing with hands-on sales and operational tasks.
