3C has three service options which provide varying levels of input each month.  This provides total flexibility, enabling the client to control the service level required to achieve the speed of change, type and intensity of the work required to grow the business.  It also ensures that 3C's  time is matched to time available internally to develop the business. 

Three service Levels:

Standard: Plan for growth, monthly review, ongoing support, research and document review off-site.

Intensive: Standard plus; hands-on work on-site, business plans, detailed forecasts, surveys, service and product development, supplier liaison, project management, sourcing, sales planning and marketing materials.

Virtual Director: Intensive plus; job function for 3C staff,  weekly input and direct, front-end  involvement with: banks, accountants, customers, prospects and suppliers.
