| 3C Founders Edgar Halton and Mark Robins started working together in 1998 providing project-based "traditional" consultancy. The formation of 3C was driven by clients who demanded in-depth, practical involvement that was longer-term, not project based, and thus 3C was formed. Operating in the "3Counties", Herefordshire, Worcestershire and Gloucestershire, 3C provides relationship-based long term support for established businesses typically turning over between £800K-£6M. Although 3C operates across all sectors, it will only work with one company in the same competing sector at the same time, thus avoiding conflict of interest. 3C works with a network of accredited associates, including, banks, accountants, solicitors and other service providers. |

The span of in-house core skills extends from Design and Marketing to Finance and Corporate, with a wealth of commercial experience underpinning the specialist knowledge base. Skills also come from specialist providers such as tax, legal and software developers. Every company is different and where in-house skills are not available, 3C will source the best specialist provider to meet the client's requirements. |

| Using the right level of process is critical in delivering the best results in the shortest time. 3C has developed a number of unique diagnostic, modeling, and development processes, which can be applied as required. 3C uses prioritized action schedules with each client and prepares a list of actions following each meeting detailing actions and deadlines for each person on the team. 3C uses information from three main sources to make decisions and deliver results the 3C's: Clients, Clients Customers and Competition. Delivering results is about detail, dealing with practical issues and completing hands-on tasks. Once the Business Development Plan is agreed, getting results, as one client put it is all about "getting to it" and making it happen. 3C clients have commented that they believe a structured approach, combined with practical support is the fastest way of getting results. |
